Depuis 25 ans, le Life and Mission Choir de Londres partage cette magnifique histoire à travers la musique et le théâtre — et chaque année, elle nous semble toujours aussi forte et digne d’être racontée encore et encore.
Cette année est particulièrement spéciale, car nous avons eu le privilège de nous associer avec la chorale de St Paul’s Church à Tervuren. C’est la première fois que nos deux chœurs collaborent de cette manière, et ce fut une expérience extrêmement enrichissante. Un immense merci à Alison, Chris, Dominic et à toute la chorale de St Paul’s pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur énergie et leur enthousiasme à se lancer avec nous dans cette nouvelle aventure. Monter un projet comme celui-ci demande le travail de nombreuses personnes, et je suis profondément reconnaissant envers tous ceux qui y ont contribué — nos chanteurs, musiciens, équipe technique, ainsi que toutes les personnes œuvrant en coulisses. WelkomHet is een groot plezier u te mogen verwelkomen bij deze uitvoering van Time for Jesus. Al 25 jaar deelt het Life and Mission Choir uit Londen dit prachtige verhaal door middel van muziek en theater — en elk jaar voelt het nog steeds krachtig en de moeite waard om opnieuw te vertellen.
Dit jaar is extra bijzonder, omdat we het voorrecht hebben gehad om samen te werken met het koor van St Paul’s Church in Tervuren. Het is de eerste keer dat onze koren op deze manier samenwerken, en het is een zeer waardevolle en verrijkende ervaring geweest. Veel dank aan Alison, Chris, Dominic en het hele St Paul’s koor voor hun warme ontvangst, hun energie en hun bereidheid om samen met ons in dit nieuwe avontuur te stappen. Een productie als deze komt tot stand dankzij de inzet van veel mensen, en ik ben dan ook iedereen die hieraan heeft bijgedragen enorm dankbaar — onze zangers, muzikanten, technische ploeg en allen die achter de schermen meewerken. WelcomeIt’s a real joy to welcome you to this presentation of Time for Jesus. Over the past 25 years, the Life and Mission Choir of London has been sharing this wonderful story through music and drama—and each year, it still feels powerful and worth telling again and again.
This year feels especially exciting, as we’ve had the privilege of joining forces with the Community Choir of St Paul’s Church in Tervuren. It’s the first time either of our choirs has worked together in this way, and it’s been such a rewarding experience. Huge thanks go to Alison, Chris, Dominic and the whole St Paul’s choir for their warmth, their energy and the willingness to jump into this new venture with us. Putting something like this together takes a lot of people, so I’m incredibly grateful to everyone involved—our performers, musicians, technical team, and all those working behind the scenes.
